Taavia's Terms and Conditions
To use Taavia Intelligent Support Services, please carefully read the rules and regulations governing our services listed below. These guidelines are designed to protect the rights and interests of both parties. Your use of our services constitutes your awareness, understanding, and agreement to these provisions, and this agreement is considered part of a legally binding contract between you and our service.
1- Definitions
1-1 Agreement: An electronic agreement between Taavia Smart Support and the user for the use of the services available on the Taavia platform, which the parties are obliged to comply with.
1-2 Product Buyer: Any natural or legal person who, directly or through their legal representative, has created an account and purchased a subscription to the Taavia Smart Support services and is currently using it.
1-3 User: A natural or legal person who is authorized to use the Taavia Smart Support services through the issuance of an ID and password by the product buyer.
1-4 User Account: An account created by each user to access the Taavia Smart Support services through the registration page and approved by Support.
1-5 Subscription: A license to access the Taavia Smart Support services for a specific period with a specific tariff selected and purchased by the owner of the product buyer and with the possibility of renewal or change at the end or in the middle of the period.
1-6 Packages: Services provided by Taavia Smart Support in several categories and include exclusive packages of the Taavia platform and technical and application services.
1-7 Disruption: Any interruption, reduction in quality, or defect in the provision of Taavia Smart Support Services, whether temporary or long-term, that may affect the normal operation of the Software.
2- Terms of Use
2.1 This Agreement does not in any way mean the transfer of ownership of the Taavia Smart Support Services to the User.
2.2 The use of any of the Taavia Smart Support Services is subject to the creation and approval of a user account.
2.3 The terms and conditions of Taavia Smart Support are in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and users are obliged to comply with relevant laws. Users accept and are obliged not to use the Taavia Smart Support Services to carry out any illegal activities.
2.4 Users accept that Taavia Smart Support may use SMS, email or Push Notification as a means of communication with them. The provision and payment of hardware and internet costs for using the Taavia Platform Services are the responsibility of the user.
2.5 All material and intellectual property rights belong to Taavia Smart Support, and any use or misuse of the name, trademark and all its contents is illegal.
2.6 Any action by the user that results in damage to the reputation, credit and assets of Taavia Smart Support will be considered a violation of the contractual and legal terms. Taavia Smart Support reserves the right to block the account of the offending user and, if necessary, take the necessary legal measures against the offending user and claim damages and legal rights.
2.7 If the user intends to deactivate his/her account, he/she must send his/her official request in writing or electronically (email) to Taavia Smart Support Support Unit support@taavia.com After reviewing the request and if possible, we will act on that request within a maximum of one week.
2.8 Taavia Smart Support regularly and continuously develops its system and some of the features of the Taavia platform may change. In this case, we will have no obligation to inform the user about the changes and updates made. If necessary, these changes and updates will be notified.
2-9 If the user panel information is deleted for any of the reasons stated in this agreement, the information cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2-10 Payment of the subscription fee by the owner of the product buyer is the criterion for the start of the obligations of the parties.
3- User account
3-1 Since activation and verification of users’ identity in our services is done through the contact number, it is not possible to change the mobile number after the final registration of the information. The business name will also be unchangeable after the final registration
3-2 If a user forgets his password and does not have access to his account information (mobile number or email used to recover the password), our system will not change the password and send it to another person under any circumstances. Changing the password is only possible through the mobile number and email entered by the user during registration and account creation.
3-3 The person who purchased the Taavia Smart Support service package and created the account (whether the person himself or his legal representative) is recognized as the main owner of the business in Taavia. In the event of any dispute between the parties, Taavia Smart Support does not accept any responsibility. In this situation, the owner of the mobile device at the time of registration is recognized as the main owner of the business.
3-4 The user account created by the user is intended for the exclusive use of Taavia Smart Support services based on the type of subscription purchased or for limited free trial use to familiarize yourself with our services. Unauthorized use of these accounts is not permitted under any circumstances, and in the event of a violation, Taavia Smart Support has the right to take the necessary legal action through the judicial authorities in addition to deleting the user account, and in this case, no funds will be returned to the user. The following activities are considered unauthorized use:
– Attempting to disrupt the operation of the service
– Attempting to compromise the security of the service
– Copying and reverse engineering the Taavia platform
– Attempting to access the original codes of the Taavia platform
– Transferring or assigning the subscription to other persons
4 - Cost, purchase and payment terms
4-1 Purchasing a Taavia Smart Support subscription is possible after creating an account on the Taavia website and paying for it.
4-2 Payment for the subscription is possible only through the online purchase portal. For this purpose, after selecting the desired subscription and selecting the purchase option on the Taavia website, the user will be transferred to the online payment page (online portal). All payments must be made through the company’s official portals. Payments made through unofficial channels are not approved and the company will not be responsible.
4-3 After purchasing and paying for the subscription of any of the Taavia platform packages, the buyer cannot cancel the purchase. The right to use the services included in the subscription is reserved for the subscription owner until the end of its validity period.
4-4 If the user purchases a subscription to any of Taavia’s smart support packages, it is assumed that he has used the trial opportunity (during the free period) and is fully aware of its features and features, and that the selected services meet his needs, and claims of ineffectiveness of the purchased services are not accepted and are not a reason to terminate the contract and demand payment.
4-5 In order to prevent possible problems, if the buyer wishes to extend the period of use of Taavia’s smart support services, he can re-purchase and activate any of the packages available on the site.
4-6 The buyer is obliged to make a deposit and renew it based on the latest announced tariffs before the end of the subscription period. If not renewed, the user’s access will be deactivated from the time of expiration. In this case, all user information will be stored on Taavsystem servers for 45 days, and the product buyer can renew their subscription during this period. Otherwise, the product buyer’s information, including user information and registered data, will be completely deleted and will not be recoverable or accessible in any way. 4-7 The announced tariffs for purchasing Taavia Smart Support services will be the basis for payment by the product buyer, and the user/product buyer is not required to pay any other amount.
4-8 The fee paid by the product buyer is solely for using the Taavia platform features during the subscription period and receiving free support services. The following items are not included in the free support services:
1. Development and customization of the Taavia platform
2. Training of user personnel
Free support includes resolving technical problems and answering frequently asked questions. Customization and user team training services are subject to an additional fee. Support hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, working days.
4-9 Services purchased outside of Taavia’s sales network are not valid and will not create any right for the payer or liability for Taavia.
4-10 Updating and developing Taavia’s smart support modules will also be our responsibility to fix any potential bugs, and no payment will be collected from the user for this issue.
4-11 Registration and trial use of Taavia’s smart support features is free for a specific period. After the end of the free period and if any of the packages are not purchased, the user’s information will be deactivated and continued trial and free use will not be possible. In this case, all user information and the user panel will be stored on Taavia’s servers for 45 days, and the product buyer can purchase their subscription during this period. Otherwise, the product buyer’s information, which includes user information and registered data, will be completely deleted and will not be recoverable or accessible in any way. 5 -User responsibility
5-1 Users are required to enter the requested information correctly at the time of registration and are responsible for registering incorrect or invalid information. If the user uses the information of others to create a user account, he is fully responsible to the beneficiary and Taavia Smart Support will not be responsible for any damages and problems caused by the invalidity of the declared information and Taavia Smart Support will be authorized to block the user’s account as soon as it becomes aware of this issue.
5-2 The responsibility for maintaining and maintaining the user account information lies with its owner. Therefore, each user is required to choose a password that has the necessary security and take the necessary measures to maintain and maintain it. It is better to change your password periodically, otherwise Taavia Smart Support will not be responsible and all consequences of this negligence will be the responsibility of the user.
5.3 Responsibility for all activities carried out through the user’s account lies with the account owner, so the user undertakes not to provide his/her account information (including username and password) to unauthorized persons.
5.4 Responsibility for activities that violate the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran lies with the user, and Taavia Smart Support has not and will not have any responsibility for it. In these circumstances, Taavia Smart Support can, in addition to disabling the account of the offending user, take legal action against the user through the competent authorities to enforce his/her legal rights.
5.5 Users undertake to use the application for legal purposes and to refrain from publishing any illegal, offensive or harmful content. Violations will lead to the blocking of the user’s account and legal action.
5.6 Users can report any violation or misuse of Taavia via the support email info@taavia.com Our review team will follow up on the matter within 72 hours.
6 - Chat Responsibility
6-1 All information and data recorded by the user when using Taavia Smart Support are the property of the account owner and the Taavia platform has no claim to ownership of them.
6-2 All information received from the product buyer, name and surname, contact number, email, business name, profile photo for the business during registration and account creation is used solely to authenticate the user and use Taavia services. Taavia Smart Support undertakes not to provide this information to natural and legal persons for commercial or non-commercial purposes (except by order of the competent judicial authorities and in accordance with the text of the judicial order).
6-3 In cases where the service needs to be disconnected, the users will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
6-4 Taavia Smart Support will not be responsible for the leakage of user information such as username and password, business name and details, etc. that occurs due to his negligence and omission, and it is our responsibility to determine this issue.
6.5 Taavia Smart Support is not responsible for the deletion of the user panel by the product purchaser or users (intentionally or unintentionally).
6.6 Some of our services are provided in partnership with companies or other business parties over which Taavia Smart Support has no control. In such cases, users accept that these companies have their own rules of use and regulations and Taavia Smart Support is not responsible for them.
6.7 In the event of any unforeseen events and other factors beyond the control of Taavia Smart Support, such as strikes, public protests, lightning, fires, floods and earthquakes or environmental incidents, etc., in a way that makes it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations and services under this agreement or causes problems, Taavia Smart Support will not be responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations. However, in the event of such cases, Taavia will make every effort to mitigate the effects of these events.
6-8 In the event of leakage, deletion, or corruption of user data if the origin is hacker attacks, Taavia Smart Support will not be responsible. However, Taavia Smart Support will prevent these events as much as possible by utilizing security systems.
6-9 Taavia Smart Support will not be responsible for any disruption in internet services, such as internet outages and the country’s electronic infrastructure, which will result in the inability to use the Taavia platform services.
6-10 Taavia Smart Support proves its good faith by trying to improve the quality of the services provided. However, this does not mean that the purchased services will fully meet the specific needs of the user or that the purchased services will work uninterrupted, secure, and error-free.
6-11 Taavia Smart Support will try to resolve the disruption that has caused the user to stop providing services in the shortest possible time.
7- Service interruption
7-1 In the event of non-compliance with all or part of the provisions of this Agreement by the User or any violation of these provisions, or whenever it is determined that the User has used false information to create a User account, Taavia Smart Support has the right to block his/her User account without prior notice. In such a case, no refund will be made to the User. In the event of a dispute, the matter will first be resolved through direct negotiation. In the event of disagreement, the legal authorities of the place of registration of Taavia Company will be designated as the competent authority.
8- Changes and updates of the agreement
8.1 Taavia Smart Support reserves the right to change and update the text of this Agreement at any time. These changes may include the quantity and quality of services, Taavia platform packages, tariffs and obligations. In such a case, price changes will not be retroactive, but the remaining changes will be the basis for any new agreement with the User. Any updates that directly affect the performance of Users will be notified via SMS or email.
8.2 The latest updated version of the Terms and Conditions will always be visible on this page. In case of editing and applying changes to this version, Users will be notified via SMS, email or Push Notification.
8.3 Taavia Smart Support will use the mobile number and email entered by the User during registration to communicate. Notification emails will be sent from the Software with the address info@taavia.com As our Terms and Conditions may need to be updated based on changes in the law or in the services and products we offer, we will post the updated Terms on this page. Users are required to check this page regularly to be informed of any possible changes to the Terms.
